Missing my Christmas Break & a Currently...

I admit it...I'm a little sad today as I had to go back to school today.  Don't get me wrong...I missed my kiddos and were glad to see them but I missed my jammies, blog hopping, making fun units, and just being home with my family.  It didn't help that the kiddos were a tad bit naughty today...nothing major...just had a hard time listening.  I guess I can relate...they just miss their freedom :)  Enough of that...let's get on to the January edition of Currently by

I just love reading all of your Currently's.  In fact, I won Farley's Currently for the Classroom in a giveaway. Check them out HERE.  I can't wait to use it...I'll post pictures of the cute ones.  Night all!

  1. Love your blog. We go back to school on Monday and I'm already getting a little sad.

I had to laugh at your needing a tan...I feel your pain!

    1. I know..right! It goes by so fast...why don't school weeks go by like that? I really don't think I've ever been this white. I usually try to go tanning once every couple of weeks during the winter but I haven't had a chance to go this year yet...scary :) Thank you for stopping by...I look forward to getting to know you better.

    1. We did get out on the 14th but going back the day after New Years seemed rushed to me. We usually get at least two days after and I like that better. Enjoy your few more days and thanks for stopping by. Come back soon and we can chat again :)

    1. Hey lady...yeah..it was not a good day to say the least! Today went a little better but not great. Just one of those years. They're sweet but extremely needy. I'm exhausted by the end of the day...like really emotionally drained. A lot have tons to deal with in their personal lives and I think school is actually a safer place for them so the "let down their hair and make themselves as home" :) I do love them...just tired! Good to talk to you...let's chat again soon.

    1. I was actually watching Atlanta. It's not one of my favorites but I'm liking this season better than the last few. My faves are Beverly Hills and the OC. That reminds me...I have the last BH dvr'd...yay!..something fun to watch for the night. I'm so glad I'm not the only one who likes trash tv :) Thanks for stopping by...come back soon so we can chat!

    1. Me too...any advice is appreciated. They really are sweet kids...just a lot of things happening in most of their little lives. Just really bad listeners. I've been trying everything I can think of to help the situation so hopefully one will stick :) Hope going back to school is (or was) smooth for you.
